Last week was as successful as the last. 5 days boxing, 2 spin classes and a hike on one of the nicer days on Seymour mountain. My addiction to boxing just grows every day and I seriously love the feeling of leaving with arms like jelly and shaky legs from kicking so hard.

Workout this week were awesome because I was barely scheduled at work! Got 5 in in total and almost everyday I kick boxed and went to the pool after wards for an extra workout and a hot tub afterwards, because there is literally nothing better than soaking in a hot tub after working out!
