As I explained on my Tracking Page, I have to track a certain part of my life for my Publishing class this semester. I chose to track how many times a week i’ll be working out and reflect on how I feel about posting it for the world to see. Well. This week was not my hottest week for working out and I definitely didn’t reach my goal of 4 days a week.
More like 2, and I am definitely not happy about that. To be putting it on the internet for all of you to see? Even less happy but it’s a great motivator to try and aim higher next week. With school ramping up and work being pretty demanding, the time slipped away from me and the week flew by. On the other hand, after each of those 2 workouts, I felt amazing and it always pushes me to want to go harder next time, so that’s exactly what I did.
Goal for next week? 5. And to actually push through and make time no matter how busy I am. Especially because I love my workout and it is an incredible stress reliever. Punching and kicking things to fun, upbeat music while a trainer yells in your ear? It’s incredibly motivating.
