February had a great start exercise wise! I made it into the gym 4 times last week and pushed myself really hard, so it’s nice being able to share that on here. My workout on Friday night included a long time member of the gym who is killer at the circuit, and one of the trainers working out on the floor, before and after me so it was great motivation to push harder.
I wish I was able to get in on Saturday mornings, but I work from 6am-2:30 and it’s not open later than 12 on Saturdays (which is incredibly stupid in my opinion). Looking to hopefully get in on Wednesday morning this coming week!
