As you know if you’ve been following my blog since January, i’ve been tracking my workouts throughout the week because of my Publication of the Self class. It’s an interesting theory and i’ve gotten some comments on the posts from you guys each week but I personally am not a fan of it. Not in the sense that I don’t want to track, I think that’s fantastic and an awesome way to keep yourself accountable. However, I don’t like posting it on here. My blog is a book blog, with reviews and features and guest posts and interviews (if I am clever enough to come up with them!) and publishing talk. My blog isn’t a fitness blog and I don’t like adding in that element. In all honestly, i’m going to be deleting all of it once this class is over. I don’t even feel like it makes me more honest, because I don’t really care whether or not people know if i’m working out 3 days a week or 6.
My habits haven’t changed over the past few months of posting these because I was already exercising a lot. I find it a little silly, and don’t think it has anything to do with publishing, but oh well.
