This week was an absolute step up and felt like the week where I was gung-ho to do everything that I could, I just didn’t have the time to really. My workouts were hard and I pushed myself so i’m extremely happy about that. Work was very physical this week too so I feel like I got a lot out of that as well! Feeling much more okay about showing this week’s results to the interwebs 🙂
Now my screenshot below doesn’t show the first few weeks of January being tracked. I was working out just not tracking it so it’s not as bad as it looks!
As I previously mentioned, my workouts are 30 minutes long and are high intensity interval training kickboxing. It’s intense and hard and so much fun as I have a personal trainer yelling at me the whole time pretty much.
Hoping to get the first week of February up to 5 days!
