Well. I broke my finger at work on the 13th and that put a serious damper on my exercise abilities. I’m able to shadow box (boxing without actually hitting the bag) but my hand has been really hurting so it definitely slowed me down. We also had a warehouse wide inventory at work and i’ve been crazy busy working. Thankfully, working in a warehouse provides me with a lot of physical work. Tons of walking and heavy lifting, so although I only made it into the gym twice this past week, I got some extra at work!
